At Southern Lumen, we strive to process and ship your order as quickly as possible. Our shipping policies are designed to provide transparency and efficiency for your convenience. Please read the details below regarding order processing, shipping timelines, and responsibilities.
Processing Time
Orders that do not have specific lead times are typically processed and shipped within 1-3 business days. For items with lead times, please refer to our Lead Time Information Page to confirm current availability before placing your order.
Shipping Times (Domestic)
Once your order is shipped, delivery within the United States generally takes 5-7 business days, depending on your location. We partner with UPS and USPS, and your order will be shipped using the carrier that offers the best rate for your region.
Shipping Times (International)
For international orders, including shipments to Canada, delivery times vary depending on the destination and customs processing. Please note that it is the responsibility of the customer to pay any applicable import duties, taxes, or fees.
Carrier Selection & Tracking
Southern Lumen uses UPS and USPS for shipping services. The selected carrier for your order is based on which provider offers the most efficient rate. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number to monitor your shipment’s progress.

Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.
Shipping timelines are estimates and may be affected by factors such as weather conditions, carrier delays, or holidays.
Southern Lumen is not responsible for delays caused by carriers once an order has been shipped.
