    We read every application by hand and reply within 24 to 48 hours.

  3. Sign in and order

    If approved, we set up your account and email your sign-in steps. Then you order at dealer price.

How does dealer pricing work?

Your dealer account gets 20% off regular retail on the whole lineup. The dealer price shows only when you’re signed in to that account, never to the public.

If a retail sale ever goes deeper, you get the sale price instead. Discount codes don’t work on dealer orders, so nothing stacks on top.

What does shipping cost?

Dealer orders ship UPS Ground from Texas at the rate shown at checkout, worked out from your address and the box weight. Free US shipping is for retail orders only.

How do I pay, and what about sales tax?

Pay at checkout by card or PayPal. No net terms. Shop Pay and Shop Pay Installments are not offered on dealer accounts. That is Shopify’s rule, not ours.

Once we approve your resale certificate and set your account tax exempt, checkout charges no Texas sales tax.

How do warranty claims work?

Lights you sell carry the same lifetime warranty as buying from us direct, starting the day your customer buys from you. Your customers don’t register.

You file the claim on our claim form while signed in, with your order number, your customer’s receipt and photos of the fault. We send the replacement to you.

Can I show a customer retail prices?

Yes. While you’re signed in, a Dealer prices switch in the top bar flips the prices on the site to retail, so you can walk a customer through it. Checkout still charges your dealer price.
